Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery is located south of Highway 407 on Yonge Street in Thornhill. The property extends to Bayview Avenue, with an alternate entrance on Langstaff Road. By the 1950′s the Catholic population had begun to grow and with it Mount Hope and St. Michael’s Cemeteries were beginning to approach capacity.
