Message to the Family: Met Franny in August of 2000 by our apartment building's pool. I had just moved in and she made me feel like I had lived here for years. She used to swim everyday for years with fellow "mermaids" HaHa. She would always sing to us "It's a quarter after 3" song everyday well she treaded water in the deep end so we always knew how much time we had left of the afternoon swim. It was an honor to know her while she was a fellow tenant at 250 Cassandra Blvd. Rest in peace my friend.
