Sadly on Thursday, October 12th, Patrick passed away surrounded by family at Etobicoke General Hospital. He is now united with his wife, Angela. Patrick was a loving and caring father to Donna (Pat Galloro), Patrick and Michael (Rita Rizzo). Cherished grandpa to Patrick, Christina, Julia, Nicholas and Matthew. At Patrick's request, a Funeral Mass will not be celebrated. A private interment to take place at Assumption Cemetery.
