After a full, active life in her 100th year, Margherita was called by God to be re-united with her husband Antonio and son Nick. She is survived by her daughter Liliana(Walter), her daughter-in-law Lidia, grandchildren Margaret(Dany), Tony(Kelly), Jennifer(Peter) and great grandchildren, Daniel, Nicholas, Natalie, Charlotte, Romano, Annabelle and Darcie. Margherita had 6 siblings, predeceased by Maddalena, Lucia, Addolorata and Giovanni, survived by Maria and Angioletta.
Born in Fossacesia, Italy, she joined her husband in 1953 to begin a new life in Canada. Margherita took pride in her family and was happy to have them gathered around her. She loved to cook and tend her garden and was always eager to pass on her knowledge to her children and grandchildren. She taught us all what was truly important and was the perfect role model. She will be in our hearts forever and her love, kindness and generosity will always be remembered. The family wishes to extend their appreciation for the exceptional care provided by Catherine Beckford during the last 6 years.
